Stayed for 3 nights with my husband, the hotel is very well maintained, food was great, location was rather convenient, and the staff were so amazing, very professional and friendly, especially the team in the restaurant, they have made our breakfast and dinner experiences exceptional. Absolutely delightful to stay here.

We stayed at the Hokke Lumbini for almost a week .The stay was very peaceful and the hotel has beautiful calming ecosystem all around.The staff was super cooperative always ready to help and The Chief Chef and his team of multi cuisine skilled chefs offered the best cuisine with variety from countries and continents across the globe.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Hokke Lumbini and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff was outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and they always greeted me with a smile. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. I stayed in one of their tatami-style Japanese rooms, and it was an absolute highlight. The space was serene, beautifully arranged, and offered a level of comfort and cultural charm that made the stay truly memorable. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the restaurant. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Good variety of cuisines too, from Nepali, Indian or Thai and Japanese. The location is also perfect, absolutely peaceful, green, and just a short walk or drive to the major temples and monasteries. It’s an ideal base for exploring Lumbini. Overall, if you’re visiting Lumbini and want comfort, tranquility, and excellent service, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d happily stay here again!

My wife and I had a fantastic two-day stay at Hokke Lumbini! The staff service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the Nepali Thali. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to the Japanese Peace Pagoda and Maya Devi Temple. The staff helped us arrange a tuk-tuk for local sightseeing, which cost 250 INR per hour. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was amazing, offering both continental and Indian options. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we would highly recommend Hokke Lumbini to anyone visiting Lumbini!
We feel very safe and secure. The staff are very gentle and helpful while we were there. I like the design of the hotel and environment around, lots of space for doing yoga practice as well. Love the foods and we enjoyed all the meals that we have there. Love it so much! Would recommend to others if they are here and wanna find good place to stay.
Peaceful place to stay near lumbini heritage site. We had a great experience here. Food was great. Ambience was brilliant. Rooms were cozy and staff were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at Hotel Hokke for 3 nights. Mr Vasudev, Front office Executive, completed the check in very fast. Our rooms were kept ready. The rooms are spacious. The open area is huge with well maintained gardens. The food in Lotus Restaurant was very tasty. Overall, the stay in this hotel is a wonderful experience.
Our stay in Hokke hotel was amazing. It is an oasis of peace and quiet in hectic lumbini. Made in a nice Japanese style it is a very cozy hotel with extremely attentive personnel and very good restaurant. It is clean and nice, green territory with good air, hot water with good flow. I had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The environment around the hotel was peaceful, with beautiful greenery to enjoy during walks. The staff were polite, supportive, and always friendly, making me feel truly welcomed. The food was another highlight of my stay. I tried Chinese, Thai, and Japanese dishes, all of which were authentic and delicious. The location was also perfect, as the birthplace of Gautam Buddha was within walking distance, along with a museum and opportunities for boating, meditation, and other relaxing activities. Overall, it was a delightful experience, combining comfort, hospitality, and cultural richness.
Fantastic hotel! Beautiful grounds, clean and spacious rooms, great location. Service was impeccable and the food was very tasty, they even made special momos dinner for us. Highly recommend!
Very nice place! The hotel is pretty old and with interesting Japanese vibes. Our visit was during the low season. Staff is amazing, very welcoming and assisted with everything we needed. Variety of dishes in the menu impressed : from Chinese, Japanese, European … and so on and local of course. At night we were hypnotised by fireflies and in the morning were surprised by redhead Grus. Very thankful to all hotel staff for such welcoming hospitality.
